I have been trying every weird food I could find for 56 years (and grew up on a farm with grandparents who made us eat everything we were served), so I am disappointed I've missed some. For example, I need to research rose harissa. But not the fugu. Not going there. And alcohol is against my religion, so I don't have to try those.

Wow, you're my hero--you're way ahead of me! I obviously need to work harder on this. But I can't believe you've never tried haggis! You need to go to more Burns night suppers--are you not properly supportive of your piping relative? (Really, it mostly just tastes like oatmeal.)
